Mindfulness for ADHD
We are excited to offer this 8-week, registered group for adults with ADHD. The focus will be on developing a mindfulness practice, with special consideration of ADHD brain.
For adults with ADHD, mindfulness can be very challenging, and often hard to develop on our own. Our goal with this group is to provide external structure and a supportive community to help address these challenges.
We will be using a structured approach, based on the Mindfulness for Adult ADHD manual by Lidia Zylowska and John T. Mitchell.
This group will be co-facilitated by myself (Cora McLachlan, Registered Psychologist) and Cait Crawshaw, Master of Counselling student.
When? Sundays, 3-4:30pm (starting February 9th)
Where? 10004 79 Avenue, Edmonton, AB
Cost? $50 (all 8 weeks inclusive)
